Our engineer has over 30 years' Electrical Engineering Experience and has worked as a Senior Field Service Engineer for Hotpoint Ltd. for over 15 years. Seniko Services carry a wide range of Domestic Appliance spare parts as standard van stock and we are able to complete 90% of repairs on the first visit. We have access to spare parts for the majority of domestic appliance manufacturers. Spare parts not carried are usually ordered from your home and are normally available within two working days. |

You can contact our engineer by telephone 7.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and 7.30 am to 12.00 Noon on Saturdays. Calls to the landline number may be diverted to our engineer's mobile phone at no extra cost to you. This may result in a request to call you back to save on expensive transfer costs. During busy periods you may be asked for your telephone number and our engineer will phone you back as soon as possible. Outside normal working hours, or where there is poor mobile reception, calls will normally be diverted to an answer machine. All messages will be acted upon as soon as possible |
